Refunds & Returns
- 1House Global offers a 3-day money-back guarantee on digital products.
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@1houseglobal.com within 3 days of purchase.
- Refunds will not be granted after the 3-day window, as digital products are considered consumed upon delivery.
- Subscriptions or memberships cancelled after the guarantee period remain active until the end of the billing cycle and are non-refundable.
Cancellations
- Customers may cancel subscriptions or recurring memberships at any time through their account portal or by contacting support@1houseglobal.com.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period.
