Adding Zoom Integration

Follow these steps to integrate Zoom with your account:

Step 1: Access the Calendar System

1. Log in to your company’s domain like 1house.page

2. Navigate to the Calendar System page from your dashboard by visiting your Bio Page and Clicking on "Schedule a Meeting" (Make sure you have selected "internal Calendar" as your default Calendar Management under Profile Settings).

Step 2: Initiate Zoom Integration

1. Click on the Settings or Integrations tab in the Calendar System.

2. Locate the Zoom Integration section and click Connect Zoom.

Step 3: Authenticate with Zoom

1. A pop-up window will redirect you to the Zoom login page.

2. Enter your Zoom credentials and click Sign In.

3. Grant the necessary permissions for the integration by clicking Authorize. Permissions include the ability to create meetings, read account details, and manage events.

Step 4: Confirmation

1. Upon successful authentication, you’ll be redirected back to your site.

2. A message will confirm that Zoom is connected to your account.

Using Zoom Integration

After successfully connecting your Zoom account, you can use the integration as follows:

Creating Virtual Events

1. Go to the Calendar System and click Create Event.

2. Select the event type as Virtual (Zoom Meeting).

3. Fill in the event details, such as:

Title

Date and Time

Duration

Participant Details

4. Click Save Event.

• The system will automatically create a Zoom meeting via the Zoom API and return the meeting link

Sharing the Meeting Link

• Once the meeting is created, the meeting link and details will be sent to the participant(s) via email.

• You can also view the meeting link on the event details page.

Removing Zoom Integration

If you no longer wish to use Zoom with your account, follow these steps to disconnect:

Step 1: Access Integration Setting

1. Navigate to the Calendar System and open the Settings or Integrations tab.

Step 2: Disconnect Zoom

1. In the Zoom Integration section, click Disconnect or Remove Integration.

2. Confirm your choice in the pop-up dialogue box.

This action will revoke all permissions granted to 1House Global and remove access to your Zoom account.

Step 3: Verification

1. A confirmation message will indicate that Zoom has been successfully disconnected.

2. Existing Zoom events will not be affected but can no longer be updated via Zoom integration.

FAQs AND TROUBLESHOOTING

Q: What happens if I disconnect my Zoom account?

• All future virtual events will need to be manually created in Zoom.

• Existing meetings created via the integration will remain active but will no longer sync with 1House Global.

Q: I’m getting an error during the Zoom integration. What should I do?

• Ensure you have an active Zoom account with the necessary permissions.

• Clear your browser cache and try again.

Q: Can I integrate multiple Zoom accounts?

• Currently, only one Zoom account can be connected per subscriber account.
